A game won’t load. What should I do?
Check your connection, then close and reopen the game. If it still won’t load, report it from the game’s ••• menu or email us with the game’s name.
How do I save or heart a game?
Tap the heart beside a game. You’ll find hearted games in Library under Favorites.
How do I report a game?
Open the ••• menu beside the game, choose Report, and select the reason that fits best.
I’m a maker. How do I submit a game?
Use the maker submission path to send us your game for review.
I need help signing in.
Open Profile and choose Sign in. If Apple or Google sign-in doesn’t finish, try again; if it keeps happening, email us and tell us which option you used.
